The Best Places to Work award also considers advancement opportunities and skill development as well as the overall quality of communication, support and goal setting at individual organizations.
Kurt Seidel, Vice President of Lincoln Property Company's Houston region, said that his team was overjoyed to have been named a finalist again for 2014.
"We strive for strong employee satisfaction, motivation, perception and reality," says Seidel. "We all appreciate a company that puts time, effort and money toward our employees, who are our most important asset. Our employees, in turn, should be recognized for making Lincoln Property Company the best place to work."
The Houston Business Journal will announce the official rankings of their Best Places to Work List on October 15 at their celebratory lunch at the Hilton Americas Hotel.
